The Founder
Shadab Qureshi, Founder and Director of SYQ Property Partners, established the company with a vision to streamline the local industrial property market, especially in Vasai-Virar and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector, Shadab observed a recurring challenge — excellent properties lacking systematic visibility and serious buyers struggling to find proper guidance. This led him to establish SYQ Property Partners, a company dedicated to turning real estate inventory into structured,investment-ready opportunities.
Today, he is an enterprising professional on a mission to bring transparency, convenience, and credibility to the industry. At SYQ Property Partners, Shadab leads sole-selling partnerships, project execution, marketing, investor structuring, and channel systems – ensuring each project is approached with strategy and precision.
